​How Do I Place An Order?

How Long Will My Order Take?

Please be aware there is about a 4-6 week production time prior to shipping on all custom orders.  We strive to keep our normal turn-around-time as small as possible, but with the rushes of holiday seasons and the varying influx of orders we receive, this is subject to change at any time.  For a specific quote on your custom garments or equipment, please feel free to reach out!

Any in stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Payment and Shipping

 

Payment due upon order.

Shipping typically takes between 3-7 days for shipments within the continental US.  International shipping typically takes about 2 weeks, depending on location.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Payments can currently be made through Square and PayPal. No fees for our customers and easy to use a Debit or Credit Card.

Repairs

 

All items custom made by Kins' Customs are subject to free repairs (Just pay shipping) for stitching issues such as faulty or ripped stitching. Patching and fabric repair such as rips, tears, or holes in material must be quoted out on a case by case basis.

Returns & Refunds

So long as the item is in new/like new condition, returns will be accepted within (10) days.  This means the item cannot have been used or show any signs of use or washing. 

Custom embroidery is not returnable.
