When will my loot ship?
Most items will ship within 1-3 business days, as everything listed in our shop is in stock and ready to ship. We can pack and ship almost any day, but Sunday! Occasionally inclement weather may slightly delay a shipment, but it's rare. A horse attempting to vault the gate and miss, filleting itself on a fence post is more likely to cause a delay, if we're being completely honest.
Do you hand make everything?
Basically, yup. If not, it's noted. ;)
Do you give things away for free?
Nope.
I spend hours making these items, and it's what puts food on my table and hay in my barn. I have done some things for charities and other excellent causes, but I don't believe anyone should work for free.
Do you have ambassadors?
I used to, it didn't work out the best.

Where are you located?
Central Pennsylvania!
(But I'm a native Long Islander who married a Pennsylvanian. He promised me space for my horses and he didn't lie.)
Do you still do custom orders?
Not at the moment. It was a little too crazy trying to juggle raising our boys, running our farm, and working on our other business (you know, the main job that keeps the lights on).
While we LOVE everyone's creativity and unique style, there just wasn't enough time in the day and the phrase "I'll sleep when I'm dead" was starting to get old.
But maybe one day?
Can I get a refund?
All items are sold as-is with no returns or exchanges, unless the item arrives defective from mishandling during shipping. We encourage you to take the necessary steps to measure for the correct fit and ensure that the item(s) will meet your needs before making a purchase. Anywhere in the US or Canada.
We used to ship overseas, but that'll be on hold until things get figured out again.
